I thought the movie cover had a boy in sort of an older style scuba gear, much like Cuba Gooding Jr. wore in that movie with Robert De Niro, with some sort of underwater spear. Only thing I remember is this:Boy went diving in a lake or small pond looking for some “creature” I believe. He was gone for a length of time so the towns people became concerned. I think the lake or pond was drained. At some point the boy emerges operating a hue crane and I think the onlookers thought it was some monster or something. Details are a little fuzzy, but I know it had a boy with a spear, a lake or pond, and that crane thing. Need the movie title. I’ve been searching for this one for years now!!
