He is now cavern certified and wants to get all the certifications possible including Cave. Is it safe for some one to go through all certifications in less than (or almost) a year?

He dives almost every weekend but still I think he needs to gain more experience diving rather than zipping through these certifications.

I even have the original dive computers on 3 of the 4 Dacor Extreme Plus Regs as back ups since I use different dive computers on each of them.

I am going on a cruise at the end of the month and we will be stopping in Cozumel & Calica, Mexico…I would like to scuba dive one day but I don’t want to book an excursion through the cruise line. I found a list of dive shops online, but wanted to see if anyone could reccommend a good company to choose or tell me about your dive experiences in Cozumel.
