Does everyone in the army special forces have freefall (HALO) and scuba training, or only some?

If it does require extra training, can you do both?

In the old days the only thing you weren’t issued was Superman’s Cape! O’ and you forgot a trip to sunny Florida to play with the alligators that is, if you survive the Georgia mountains that is if you don’t fall and brake your neck, and don’t forget Panama a lovely place with everything from lovely long snakes to beautiful snugly spiders that tuck you in at night! – Airborne-

Nope, very few receive training in either.

Most SF Companies have a one HALO ODA and one Scuba ODA.

Only those in those ODA’s have a chance to go to the schools.

But even then, its not automatic.

The waiting list for HALO school for SF is 5 years

It will take a couple of years fopr scuba school also.

If you stay in SF long enough, you could do both.
