I am planning to go to goa for a vacation with my girlfriend. i wanted to know which beaches in goa provide water sports like para-sailing, wind surfing, scuba diving, water-skiing , etc.? Is it too expensive ? And where are the best flee markets for shopping?

Hi you are welcome to India… this kind of sports are there but you need to check it from this link ” http://www.holidayclubindia.net ” you will get the whole information with cheaper deals.
Dude!!!
All the water sports stuff you mentioned are available at Colva Beach, Palolem Beach, Calangute Beach, Anjuna Beach, Sinquerim beach, etc.
You have to bargain dude. I was told Rs 1600/- for 2 people for 5 minutes of para sailling. The deal ended at Rs 800/-. Also they will say Rs 800/- for a speed boat ride but just ignore the offer tell them Rs 300/- not more and start walking. You’ll find yourself in a speed boat enjoyin along with your girlfriend at Ra 300/-.
You need to bargain dude!!! Also for the dolphin trip, my advise only go before 10AM or else it’s a waste. And give strick instruction that you will only pay if they show you the dolphins and last not the least bargain!!
I got myself a deal for Rs 300/- for 3 people to check out the dolphins.
And as far as the flea market is concerned, it’s held in Anjuna on Wednesdays from 9AM to 6:30PM and on Saturdays from 3:00AM to 7:00AM. Yes dude Saturday timing is really weired. Anjuna Flea Market.

Hey there
I was in Goa in December there and January before that. The sports you are asking about are available on most beaches, i know for sure on Calangute beach at both ends of the beach..jet skiiing also. As the guy above said you have to ‘haggle’ prices as the WILL put prices up an awful lot but start off low and you will get the hang of bringing the prices down with anything.
So even prices that dont seem much, it is still a lot to them so still try to reason prices with them anyways.
As for Flee markets there is one on a Wednesday and one on a Saturday. thats the two main ones anyway and i know for sure one is in Anjuna. but i notice what the guy above said bout the timing for the Saturday market…it opens early but i went at 2pm and it is opened till 7ish. I know there is one in Panaji but me personally i didnt like it because…it is more of a local market which sells vegetables and things but then again it has bit n bobs like make up n things which is VERY VERY cheap…as you said your gf is going.
If you are travelling in taxis which most people do…then they alwaysssss offer all the excursions you can go on, dont let them push you to going because they are very perssuasive. Just tell them no to the ones you do not want to go to.
Goa is the only place i have been on vacation to but my bf has been to many places and he agrees that after Goa you will not want anywhere else…for a vacation it is absolutely gorgeous and such a wonderful place. im jealous you are going lol
If you have any other question to ask feel free to email or message me on yahoo 360 and if i can answer i’d happily =)
